Mediation report a/w letter and consent terms has been
received. Marked as Exh.7 to 9 respectively.
It is submitted that the matter is amicably settled in between
the parties before the mediation center, in view of consent
term Exh. 9. The Ld. Adv of plaintiff further submit that
plaintiff do not wish to proceed against defendant no.4
hence the suit may be disposed off against defendant no.4
as withdrawn.
Upon personal verification, the plaintiff and defendant no. 2
for himself and defendant no. 1 and 3 submits that, in view
of consent term the matter be disposed off. Hence
considering the submission of the parites, report of the Ld.
Mediator and consent term Exh.9, The suit stands disposed
of in between plaintiff and defendants no. 1 to 3 in view of
consent term Exh.9. The suit against defedant no.4 stands
disposed of as withdrawn unconditionally.
Consent decree be drawn up in terms of Exh.9.
Court fees, if any, be refunded as per rule.
As the suit stands disposed of NM 2378/22,
NM 1041/20 and NM 3389/16 stands disposed off.
