Ld. advocate for applicant in Notice of Motion no. 3476/2017 and for original plff. No 2 submitted that Notice of Motion no.3476/2017 was argued before the concerned judge on 08.12.2017 and it was kept for order on 09.2.2018. Thereafter on  09.02.2018 no order has been passed till today. He pointed out to me that on  27.02.2018, 02.04.2018 and again on 20.04.2018 though matter was posted for order, no order has been passed and now mater is adjourned on 04.08.2018. He further argued that he has moved before Hon\''ble Bombay High Court in Writ petition No. 5619/2018 and the Division bench of the Hon\''ble Bombay High Court as per oral order dated  22.06.2018 in Notice of Motion no. 858/2018 has been pleased to direct this court to expedite the hearing of Notice of Motion no. 3476/2017.
       My ld. predecessor ( Shri A.A. Nandgaonkar) who has heard this matter is now transferred in CR No.20. I have taken over the charge of CR No. 14 on 04.06.2018. Therefore now it is necessary for me to re-hearing he Notice of Motion no.3476/2017. Therefore in view of the and in view of directions by the Hon\''ble Bombay High Court mentioned above, matter be prepone and now instead of 04.08.2018, it be kept on 05.07.2018 of hearing on Notice of Motion no.3476/2017. Ld. Adv for plff. is directed to intimate in writing to the ld. Adv for deft. regarding change of date and to specifically intimate that as per the direction of Hon\''ble Bombay High Court mater is prepone and now it is kept on 05.07.2018.
