In view of the statement made by the officer of the MCGM
and the order in N/M no. 969/18 suit no. 638/18 stands
disposed of. All the issues are kept open.

Court. Admittedly, all the directions given in W.P,
Stamp.no.1135/14 is in process by the MCGM. So also the
MCGM has not followed the provisions of Sub-section 4 of
section 354 of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation
Amendment Act 2016. The concerned officer present before
the Court made a statement at Bar that the MCGM is ready
to follow the guidelines issued in W.P. Stamp No. 1135/14
as well as the amended provisions of Sect. 354 (4) of the
MMC Act.
