wants to suit to be disposed of as per the consent terms.
Defendant no.2 has admitted the consent of the consent
terms. She is authorized by the defendant no.1 to file the
consent terms. In view of the above the suit is disposed of
in terms of Exh.2. Decree be drawn in terms of Exhibit 2.
No order as to cost. Court fee be refunded to the plaintiff as
per rules. SJ No.97/19 be disposed of accordingly.
