ORAL ORDER
1) The chamber summons is filed to amend the
plaint in the cause title to add additional address of
defendant. The chamber summons is supported by affidavit
of Nishant Sinha officer of the plaintiff bank. He on oath
stated that the defendant is not served in the address given
in the title. The plaintiff has additional address hence prayed
to allow the plaintiff to carryout amendment to add the
additional address of the defendant.
2) Adv. for plaintiff argued that the suit is for
recovery. The amendment be allowed so that they can serve
the defendant.

3) Considering the reason, the plaintiff desires to
add additional address to serve the defendant. Hence pass
following order :
ORDER
1. The Chamber summons is allowed.
2. Plaintiff is allowed to add additional
address of the defendant in the title
clause of the plaint.
3. Plaintiff to carryout amendment
within limitation.
4. Issue writ of summons to the
defendant at the new address of the
defendant.
5. Accordingly, chamber summons is
disposed of.
