1. Defendant has stated that his Advocate took some time to go
through the papers and take instructions from defendant about the
averments in the Plaint. Defendant has further stated that he was busy
in his personal and professional difficulties and did not get time from
his office to search and meet the Advocate of instructions.
2. Advocate for the plaintiff prayed for cost.
3. It appears there is delay of 12 days in filing appearance.
Therefore, considering the reason stated by defendant, it appears dealy

is not intentional. Therefore, it will be proper to condone delay subject
cost. Hence, following order :
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons No. 588 of 2019 is allowed subject to cost of

2. Chamber Summons No. 588 of 2019 stands disposed of.
