advocate absent. Hence, there is no reply.
2 The present application is filed by the applicant to transfer
suit no.3216 of 2018 pending in C.R. No.1 to C.R. No.3 and to club the
same with Suit No.3215 of 2018.
3 It appears that the plaintiff has filed two suits for possession of
shops. Both the shops are adjoining to each other.

4 Mr.Mukesh Aiya, learned counsel for the plaintiff, submitted
that in both the suits, the parties are same. The pleadings are almost same.
Only the shop numbers are different.
5 As the respondent and advocate remained absent, the
application is unchallenged. The applicant has filed on record
acknowledgment showing service on the respondent.
6 In view of above, I pass the following order:
O R D E R
Transfer Application No.69 of 2019 is allowed.
Suit No.3216 of 2018 pending in C.R. No.1 stands
transferred to C.R. No.3 for disposal in accordance with law.
Both the courts be informed accordingly.
