ORDER
1. Suit is partly decreed with costs.
2. Defendant nos.1 and 2 shall pay an amount of Rs.13,00,000/- (Rs. Thirteen lacs only) with interest @ 9percent p.a. to plaintiff from the date of the suit till the date of decree. Defendant nos.1 and 2 shall pay further interest on principal amount of Rs.13,00,000/- (Rs. Thirteen lacs only) @ 6percent p.a. from the date of decree till it\''s realization.
