ORDER
This chamber summons is taken out by the plaintiff for
amendment in the plaint.
2. It is the contention of the plaintiff that as per
Amalgamation Scheme of 'Dena Bank' with 'Bank of Baroda', which is
duly approved by the Government of India, the plaintiff's bank from its
former name i.e. “Dena Bank” is changed with the name “Bank of
Baroda”. The Notification has been published to that effect. Due to this
change, the plaintiff is required to carry out necessary amendment. For
this purpose, the chamber summons is taken out by the plaintiff.
3. Heard the learned Advocate Saraswati Purohit i/b Advocate
Rajkumar Shukla for the plaintiff.
4. Due to Amalgamation Scheme, the plaintiff “Dena Bank” is
now known as “Bank of Baroda”. In view of the Notification dated 02nd
January, 2019, there is amalgamation of “Dena Bank” with “Bank of
Baroda”. Considering these facts, it is necessary to amend the plaint as
per the schedule provided with the Chamber Summons. Hence, I pass
the following order.

ORDER
1. Chamber Summons No.413 of 2020 is allowed.
2. The amendment as proposed in schedule attached with chamber
summons is allowed.
3. The plaintiff to carry out the amendment within 14 days from today.
4. Chamber summons No.413 of 2020 is disposed off accordingly.
