AND SUMMARY SUIT
Vide withdrawl pursis Exh.8 in summary suit No. 1468/17, the plaintiffs unconditionally withdrawn the suit against defendants No.1 to 4. Hence, suit against defendants No.1 to 4 is disposed as withdrawn unconditionally. Vide consent terms Exh.3 in Review petition No. 97/21 the plaintiffs and original defendant No.5 amicably settled the matter by compromise. Hence, the summary suit 1468/17 and Review petition 97/21 are disposed in terms of the consent terms Exh.3. Decree be drawn up accordingly. The parties to bear their own costs.
