However, consequential amendment in the plaint and prayer clause remained to be carried out. Plaintiff wants to carry out necessary amendment in the plaint due to death of deft. no.1(B)(2) Prabhadevi. It is further submitted that deft. no.1(A) Vikram s/o. Rajesh Singh left the suit premises. Plaintiff wants to make amendment in the plaint accordingly. The proposed amendment is of formal nature. Hence, following order. ORDER 1. Ch/sum No.426/2020 in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b) is made absolute. 2. No order as to costs. 3. Plaintiff is directed to carry out necessary amendment within 14 days. 4.
