ORDER
1 This Chamber Summons is moved by the plaintiffs with
a prayer that the plaintiff No.1 expired, so plaintiff No.2 be re-
numbered as plaintiff No.1 and the name of plaintiff No.1 Smt.
Panbai M. Shah be deleted.
2 Defendants’ advocate is absent today. Reply is already
filed by defendant Nos.1(a) to 1(d).
3 Perused the Chamber Summons and reply. Chamber
Summons is opposed by the defendants only on the ground that

there is delay of two days to bring the legal heirs on record and
further that, person namely Bharat M. Shah is not a constituted
attorney of the plaintiffs who sworn in the affidavit. Plaintiff No.2
is already on record, therefore, there is no question to bring the
legal heirs on record. No any fresh legal heirs are prayed to be
brought on record to apply limitation. Status of said Bharat M.
Shah can be challenged later on. Only on that reason, Chamber
Summons can not be rejected. Hence, I pass following order.
ORDER
1 Chamber Summons No.568 of 2019 is hereby allowed
in terms of prayer clause(a).
2 Chamber Summons is disposed off accordingly.
