Order - The roznama shows it is posted for judgment, however,
after perusal of record reveals on 21.03.2023 the stage was kept for
marking of documents. Thereafter the court was vacant and on
20.08.2024 the stage was kept for SJ hearing and thereafter on
13.02.2025 it was kept for judgment as Adv. Dubey advanced final
argument. As the documents are yet to be marked hence, the
roznama is accordingly corrected.
Order on Admission and Denial
As defendant failed to file reply to SJ, hence suit was directed to
proceed further. Hence the following documents are exhibited.

F. R.S.R. following order is passed.
ORDER
1. The Summary Suit No.1406 of 2017 is decreed with costs.
2. The defendants are directed to pay to plaintiffs an amount of
Rs.65,72,420/- (Sixty Five Lakh Thirty Seventy Two Thousand Four
Hundred and Twenty only) with interest @ 12% p.a from 25.01 i.e
from the date of demand notice till realization
3. The Summons for Judgment No.71/2018 is disposed off.
4. The decree be drawn up accordingly.
5. R & P be sent to Record Department.
