The plaintiff and his advocate are absent. On perusing record, it appears that matter is pending for filing affidavit of service since 28.03.2020. The plaintiff has not filed affidavit of service till date. As plaintiff failed to file affidavit of service, matter is adjourned for dismissal order on 21.10.2023, 02.12.2023, 06.01.2024. On 06.01.2024, the plaintiff filed an application at Exh-4 to remove caption of dismissal and also affidavit of service at Exh-5. The service was incomplete.
