Motion on 02.08.2019. But defendant has not registered the same till
this date and he is absent since long period on fix dates. The defendant
has failed to registered this Notice of Motion and also failed to proceed
with the same.
5. In this backgrounds, the Notice of Motion is liable to dismissed.
