Plaintiff is present with his advocate Shri Sudhakar
Lakhani. The power of attorney is filed on record. It is verified
from the original. He moved this application for withdrawal of
suit. It is orally stated by the plaintiff and his advocate that the
plaintiff wants to withdraw.
2. It appears that the plaintiff wants to withdraw the suit
voluntarily and the defendants have not appeared in this matter.
Hence, the suit may be allowed to be withdrawn.
3. Considering the aforesaid discussion I proceed to pass
following order:
ORDER
1.Application Exh.02 is allowed
2. Permission granted to the plaintiff for withdrawal of suit.
3. Necessary order is passed below Exh.01.
