O R D E R
This chamber summons is taken out by the original defendant no.
5 for making amendment in the counter claim. This chamber summons
resisted on behalf of the defendant Corporation by filing its reply. Heard
both the learned counsels on behalf of both the sides at length. Perused
the record.
2. The learned advocate on behalf of defendant no.5 has argued that
the defendant no. 5 has filed counter claim in the main suit and wants
to carry out amendment in the written statement in the counter claim.

3. On scrutiny of the rival pleadings of both the parties and after
hearing arguments advanced on behalf of both the sides and on perusal
of the record, it appears that yet issues are not framed. The nature of
the suit will not be changed. It will not cause any hardship on the part
of the plaintiff, if the chamber summons is to be allowed. Hence, I
proceed to pass following order.
ORDER
1. Chamber summons No.565/19 taken out by the defendant no.5 is
hereby allowed as prayed for.
2. The defendant no. 5 and her advocate are hereby directed to carry
out proposed amendment within stipulated period.
3. Chamber summon No. 565/19 is disposed off accordingly.
