O R D E R
1. By this Chamber Summons the plaintiff has sought to amend
the plaint to contend that the suit premises is situated in a declared
slum area. The plaintiff also intends to bring on record the letter
issued by the Information Officer SRA and map attached thereto.
2. In the course of hearing when this Court questioned the
advocate for plaintiff about the effect of amendment already carried
out by the plaintiff in the light of order in Chamber Summons No.20

of 2016, he submitted that the plea of the suit premises being censused
is also raised which presupposes that the suit premises is in declared
slum area. On further questioning about the necessity of present
amendment in the light of amendment already carried out, the
Advocate for plaintiff submitted that the Chamber Summons may be
disposed of as the plaintiff can produce the evidence in support of the
plea about the structure being situated in declared slum area. In view
of this Chamber Summons is disposed of. Hence the order:
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons No.559 of 2019 is disposed of.
2. No order as to costs.
