:ORAL ORDER:
UPON READING the petition of Mr. Robert Jason Vaughan and
Mrs. Garima Singh and upon reading declaration on 30th March, 2019
and UPON READING the consent of the petitioners and on committing
the male minor SRIJAN KUMAR AND UPON hearing Mr. Yogendra M.
Kanchan Advocate for Petitioners above named AND UPON the
petitioners through their advocate to produce the said male child
whenever called upon to do so AND FURTHER undertakes to present
“Follow up Report” of the said male child SRIJAN KUMAR to this
Hon'ble Court and to execute and register A DEED OF ADOPTION AND
UPON being satisfied that the conditions for valid adoption are being
fulfilled I DO ORDER that the petitioners, the Guardian of the said
male child SRIJAN KUMAR referred to as being born on 16/07/2003 is
hereby given permission to give the said male child SRIJAN KUMAR in
adoption AND I DO FURTHER DECLARE that the date of birth of the
said male minor child SRIJAN KUMAR is 16/07/2003 as referred in the
petition AND I DO FURTHER ORDER that a separate Birth Certificate be
issued by the office of the Registrar of the City Civil Court, Mumbai and
Brinhanmumbai Mahanagar Palika, giving the above DATE OF BIRTH of
the said male minor child SRIJAN KUMAR and giving the name of the
petitioners as the Adoptive Parents of the said male minor child SRIJAN
KUMAR AND I DO FURTHER ORDER that the same shall be serve as the

Birth Certificate of the said minor child for all purposes required by law
and the petitioners are considered as parents of the said male child
SRIJAN KUMAR AND I DO LASTLY ORDER that the petitioners to pay a
sum of Rs.1000/ to the Indian Council of Social Welfare, Mumbai
towards their costs.
