The Plff.has filed reply to said notice. Admittedly, till the
date no speaking order is passed. The officer of MCGM is
present before the court made a statement that the MCGM
will follow due process of Law by passing the speaking
order. The Ld.Adv.for Plff.submitted that plaintiff intends to
file some more documents along with additional reply.
Hence plff to file all the concerned documents and
additional reply with the concerned authority of MCGM
within a period of one week. After considering the previous
reply and the further additional reply if any, the MCGM to
pass the order.
