ORDER
1 The plaintiff has taken out this Chamber Summons for deleting
the name of plaintiff No.8 from the cause title and to replace it with
name of new trustee and carry out the amendment as per schedule.
She further submitted that the plaintiff No.8 has resigned plaintiff
trust. Thus, Plaintiff want to add the name of Ramkishan Viadyanathan
Sarma as a plaintiff No.8.

2. The defendant raised objection contending that no proper
documents are filed for addition for new plaintiff and for deleting the
name of plaintiff. During the argument, the advocate of plaintiff
submitted that the new trustee whose name was required to be added
has also resigned the trust. Therefore, she has prayed that only name
of plaintiff No.8 be deleted.
4 It appears from the Exh.B of chamber Summons that the
plaintiff No.8 has resigned from the trust. Hence, Chamber Summons
deserves to be allowed only to the extent of deleting the name of
plaintiff No.8. Hence, I proceed to pass the following order :-
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons No. 402/2020 stands partly
allowed.
2. The plaintiff is permitted to delete the name of
plaintiff No.8 from the cause title and carry out the
amendment to that extent within stipulated period.
3. Chamber Summons No. 402/2020 stands disposed
off accordingly.
