Chamber Summons will be allowed wrong addresses of
Plaintiffs LRs will come on record and it may
complications in future hence for want of correct address of
applicants, Chamber Summons is necessary to be disposed
off with the liberty to file fresh Chamber Summons. Hence,
Chamber Summons no.557/19 stands disposed off /
dismissed with the liberty to file fresh. Case is adjourned to
26/03/2020 for taking steps.
