plaintiff has filed reply on 30.10.2018. Thereafter, matter was
adjourned for hearing on Notice of motion and it is pending
for hearing on NM since 14.12.2018. Further, it appears that
file was missing and it has been reconstructed. Thereafter,
notice was issued to the defendant by Court Motion by RPAD
on 29.03.2023. It is returned with remark "defendant has left
the place of residence". The defendant failed to argue on
notice of motion since long. Thus, it appears that the
defendant is not interested to conduct notice of motion.
