Heard the Advocate for plaintiff, he prayed for allowing the Chamber Summons to change the name of plaintiff bank. It is contention that the plaintiff corporation bank is merged in to Union bank of India. As per the direction central government who issued notification in this regard on 04-03-2020 he annexed the copy of notification along with the Chamber Summons and prayed for permission to delete the plaintiff name as corporation bank and to mention as Union bank of India as per schedule. The amendment sought it will not prejudice to defendant hence no notice is necessary before passing order. Consequently I proceed following order.

2. The plaintiff is carry out the amendment within a stipulated period as per schedule.
