The C/S No.221/15 seems to have been disposed of by this court by order dated 29/01/2015.  But still said C/S is wrongly shown as pending.  Hence, remove C/S No.221/15 from board as disposed of.
From the roznama dated 12/01/2018 it appears that plaintiff had moved another C/S as the earlier C/S No.221/15 was not traceable.  The said C/S came to be registered as C/S NO.372/2018.  Even the original C/S was not filed on record inspite of repeated order.
In sum and substance plaintiff does not seem to be diligent to prosecute the suit.  Suit is unnecessary pending since year 2015 for taking steps by plaintiff to serve writ of summons to defendant.  In spite of this as a last chance matter is adj to 04/11/2022 for taking steps.
It is made clear that failure of plaintiff to appear and to take proper steps, would entail dismissal of suit in default.
