of the MCGM has made a statement before the court that
the MCGM will considered the reply and the documents
filed by the plaintiff and thereafter shall pass the order.
After considering the previous reply, documents or
documents if any, the concerned authority to pass the order
and communicate in writing to the plaintiff. If the order is
adverse to the interest of plaintiff or against the plaintiff
then no coercive action will be taken by the MCGM for
period of one week after the date of communication of order
upon the plaintiff. Till that date, parties to maintain the
status quo as per article A.
