Perusal of the record shows that leave to register NM was granted by the Holiday Judge as per order dtd. 26.01.2018 by granting ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause-b of the draft Notice of Motion.  Record shows that despite granting several opportunities since then, plaintiff has not got registered the NM.  It is true that it is recorded in five roznamas that R and P of the suit was not found but the fact remains that despite granting several opportunities plaintiff failed to get registered the Notice of Motion.  As nobody is present for the plaintiff today, the draft Notice of Motion stands disposed of as filed.  Office to register it for statistical purposes.
Interim order passed on 26.01.2018 stands vacated.
Learned advocate for defendant/MHADA submitted that stamps of the office of MHADA on the notice of writ of summons are bogus.
