The plaintiff has taken out this Chamber Summons proposing an amendment to the plaint as specifically mentioned in the schedule. According to the plaintiff, due to inadvertent mistake some documents have been wrongly annexed. Instead of copy of order, certain photographs are annexed at Exh.I. Whereas at Exh.J instead of copy of notice, copy of order is annexed. Copy of amended writ petition is remained to be annexed. -- 1 of 3 -- 2 CH-S 368-18 IN LC Suit 377-18 2. Plaintiff also wishes to add some averments in paragraph no.19 of the plaint about the writ petition no.1163 of 2017. The advocate for the Corporation submitted to the orders of the Court. 3. Heard respective advocates. Considering their submissions and the nature of amendment suggested by the plaintiff, it appears necessary that proper record and documents should be placed before the Court and therefore, the proposed amendment is necessary. Therefore, the following order is passed: ORDER 1. The Chamber Summons no.368 of 2018 is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) with a direction to carry out the amendment as per rules. 2.
