The counsel for plaintiff has filed an application below
Exh-13 for withdrawal of summary suit. Representative of
plaintiff and his advocate are present. Advocate for
defendants No.1 to 13 and 14 is present. Representative of
plaintiff submitted that defendants No.1 and 2 have settled
the matter with the plaintiff. Defendant No.1 has paid an
amount of Rs.14,00,000/- after deducting 2% TDS on
24.02.2026 towards full and final settlement. Therefore,
plaintiff does not want to proceed with the matter.
In view of the submissions of representative of plaintiff and
his advocate as well as contents in the application for
withdrawal of the suit at Exh-13, the Sum. suit No. 354 of
2018 is hereby stands disposed of, as withdrawn.
The plaintiff may be entitled to refund of court fees, if
provided for in the rules.
