On perusal of record, it appears that suit no. 8258/02 is already decided as per judgment delevered on 27-07-2018. The said judgement shows that the defendant had filed written statement and the matter is decided on merit after hearing both sides. The suit was decreed with cost. Instead of availing remedy of appeal, the defendant wants to file review application. The defendant made delay of 203 days in moving such review application.
