jurisdiction as preliminary issue. The issues are framed by my
Predecessor. Advocate Mr. Ajit Hodage holding for Advocate

Mr. Karande submitted that they do not want to proceed with
Notice of Motion as the issue of jurisdiction is already framed.
Hence, prayed for disposing of the Notice of Motion. Advocate
Mr. Hodage has noted about not preceding with Notice of
Motion in the main Notice of Motion application. Hence, I pass
following order:
