ORDER
1. The plaintiff has taken out this chamber summons seeking
an amendment to the plaint. According to the plaintiff after disposal of
Notice of Motion no.3450 of 2017 with a direction to consider plaintiff's
reply dated 25.9.2017, the defendant has passed an order on
20.2.2018. The plaintiff wishes to bring on record the subsequent
events as well as some documents available in support of his claim. The
plaintiff also wishes to aver certain grounds of objection relating to the
order passed by the Designated Officer and make additional prayers.

2. The Learned Advocate for defendant Corporation submitted
to the orders of the Court but strongly opposed to continue the earlier
order.
3. Heard respective advocates. Perused the application and
the schedule of amendment. The proposed amendment is in respect of
subsequent events and consequent prayers and some documents which
supports the claim of the plaintiff. Thus, the proposed amendment will
not change the nature of the suit. It is necessary for the sound decision
of the matter in dispute. It is proposed diligently by the plaintiff.
Therefore, following order is passed:
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons no.367 of 2018 is made absolute in terms
prayer clause (a) with a direction to carry out the amendment as
per rules.
