ORDER
1. Heard learned Advocate for the plaintif and learned
Advocate for the defendant corporation.
2. The plaintif by this Chamber Summons seeks to amend
the plaint by bringing the subsequent facts on record which
have taken place during the pendency of the suit. The
plaintif had sought to bring the said facts on record.
3. The Chambers Summons is opposed by the
CNR NO.MHCC01-002626-18

defendant/Corporation.
4. The amendment sought are subsequent facts which
would not change the nature of the suit would also not
prejudice the defence of the corporation.
In order to avoid the multiplicity of the suit, the
amendment sought needs to be allowed. In the result,
following order is passed.
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons No. 365 of 2018 is allowed.
2. The plaintif to carry out the amendment in the plaint
within 14 days from date of order.
3. Chamber Summons stands disposed of.
