that the criminal case was registered against him and he is jail
therefore was unable to file reply. Hence prayed to condone the
delay.
2) The reply is filed by the Plaintiff and has no
objection to condone the delay.
3) The defendant filed on record, the copy of order of
Hon'ble High Court in bail application no.1896 of 2018.
4) Considering the reason shown in Notice of
