TERMS EXH.2 Adv.Ansari submitted that Adv.Rupali Gaud
who is on record is authorized Adv. Adv.Ansari is for the
purpose of identification for plaintiff. Defendant produced
xerox copy of his PAN Card for the purpose of his own
identification. Matter is settled between plaintiff and
defendant no.1, therefore, plaintiff is intending to withdraw
the suit in terms of Consent Terms, hence, identified.
Plaintiff, defendant no.1 and advocates for identifying them
are directed to sign the Consent Terms today before the
Court. ORDER BELOW CONSENT TERMS EXH.1
Plaintiff and defendant no.1 have arrived at the settlement
vide Settlement Terms Exh.2. Therefore, plaintiff is
intending to withdraw the suit unconditionally. No one
present for defendant nos.2 and 3, however as plaintiff is
intending to withdraw the suit, no harm will be caused to
defendant nos.2 and 3 also. Hence, suit stands disposed of as
unconditionally withdrawn in terms of Consent Terms Exh.2.
Accordingly, NM No.938/2020 also stands disposed off.
