Perused documents filed on record. Prima facie it appears
that vide agreement to sale dtd 5.10.2017, the Plaintiffs
have agreed to purchase property mentioned in the schedule
of the agreement and accordingly Plaintiffs are in the
possession of the property. It appears that in respect of
illegal construction in Hotel Shivam Swad, Nehru Nagar,
Kurla, notice was issued to the owners/occupiers of the
hotel on 4.10.2017. To which, With above directions, draft
Notice of Motion stands disposed of
