submitted that the plaintiff intends to file additional reply
and documents. Hence plff to file additional reply and
documents, if any, with the concerned authority within one
week. After considering the previous reply, documents and
additional reply or documents if any, the concerned authority
to pass the order and communicated in writing to the
plaintiff. If the order is adverse to the interest of plaintiff or
against the plaintiff then no coercive action will be taken by
the MCGM for period of one week after the date of
