ORDER
. Plaintiff bank taken out this chamber summons for
substitute service through paper publication against Defendant Nos.1 to
4.
2. Writ of summons was issued against the Defendant Nos.1
to 4 but registered packet is returned in respect to Defendant Nos.1, 3
and 4 with the postal remark "Left" and in respect to Defendant No.2
with the postal remark "Wrong Address" respectively. Therefore,
plaintiff wants to serve the summons on Defendant Nos.1 to 4 through

paper publication and prays that summons be published in "Free Press
Journal" in English and "Navshakti" in Marathi.
3. In view of above discussion, I proceed to pass following
order.
