Plaintiff no.1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15, (CA of Plaintiff
no.16), 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, (CA of Plaintiff no.26),
27, 28, 29, 30,31,32,33,34,35,36,37, (CA of Plaintiff no.38), 39 40
and 41 and Defendant no.1,2,3 and 4 present with their advocates
Mr. Sukumaran and Mr. Akram Khan respectively. Plaintiffs and
Defendants have admitted contents of consent terms Exh.3.
Hence, consent terms are verified. Plaintiffs advocate handed over
two cheques of Rs.4,47,500/- and Rs.1,50,000/- respectively to
Defendant no.1. Plaintiffs advocate handed over three cheques of
Rs.4,47,500/-, Rs.1,00,000/- and 1,50,000/- respectively to
Defendant no.2. Plaintiffs advocate handed over one cheque of
Rs.4,60,000/- to Defendant no.3 Plaintiffs advocate handed over
one cheque of Rs.4,60,000/- to Defendant no.4. All the cheques
given to Defendants are signed by president Secretary and
Treasurer of Navshakti Rahivshi Sangh of which all Plaintiffs are
members. All the Plaintiffs and Defendants are directed to sign the
consent terms today before Court. Accordingly, they have signed
consent terms in presence of the Court. ORDER BELOW EXH.1
1. Plaintiffs and Defendants have arrived at settlement in view of
consent terms Exh.3, hence suit stands disposed off in terms of
consent terms Exh.3. 3. Decree be drawn up accordingly as per
consent terms Exh.3. 4. Issue C/f refund certificate as per rules. 5.
Parties are directed to get registered the decree as the suit property
is being conveyed by way of this consent decree.
