          ORDER ON NOTICE OF MOTION NO.931/2010
    Chamber Summons 618/2016 was allowed vide order dtd. 01/04/2016. The Chamber summons was for adding the name of legal heirs of deceased Rupa for deleting the name of Rupa. Inadvertently the name of Usha Chandrakant Sona is deleted instead of  Rupa. The plaintiff seeks to rectify the mistake by amending the tittle clause of the plaint as well as the Judgment.
       The corporation has no objection.
       In the interest of justice the correction needs to be carried out. It also does not change any findings in the suit. The corrections needs to be allowed. The plaintiff to carry out correction in the plaint consequently the Judgments would also be corrected and after correction issue fresh certified copy of the Judgment to the concerned.
