no objection to allow the C/s. Hence heard the advocate for
plaintiff on Cs No. 511/19. Order on C/S No. 511/19 - In
view of the fact that the defts have not contested C/s and in
view of plaintiff has expired, the Lrs of the plaintiff can be
allowed to taken on record. Hence C/s NO. 511/19 is
allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b) and the
applicant are allowed to the taken on record to represent
the plaintiff as his Lrs. In these terms C/s No.511/19 stands
disposed of.
