They admit the contents to be true and correct. Parties have
prayed for grant of decree in terms of consent terms. In view
of record and respective statement the suit is disposed of in
terms of consent terms. Accordingly, I proceed to pass the
order below Exhibit 1. ORDER BELOW EXHIBIT 1 1. The
suit is disposed of in terms of the consent terms filed by
parties at Exhibit 10 and the consent terms will form the part
and parcel of the decree. 2. Parties to bear their own costs. 3.
Decree be drawn up in terms of consent terms at Exhibit 10.
4. Proceedings are closed.
