Heard both sides on NM no. 659/18. It is submitted that the defendant no. 1 and 2 have filed Written Statement. Therefore, case was at the stage of framing of issues. Ld. counsel for defendant no. 2 The Mahul C bridge CHS ltd. had made a statement before the court society will not transfer share certificate during the pendancy of the suit. Ld. counsel for defendant no. 2 made a statement before the court today that he will not create third party interest during the pendancy of the suit.
