It is taken out by plaintiffs no. 32 for binging Legal heirs of
some of the plaintiffs and deleting name of some of the
plaintiff from title clause of the plaint. Advocate for
defendant submitted that suitable order be passed. Suit is
under the provisions of MOFA for performance of statutory
obligations by executing conveyance deed. It is stated that
most of the plaintiffs and defendants have settled the matter
except plaintiff no. 32. Considering the nature of suit and
submission of advocate for defendant, Ch/s. no. 366/2020 is
allowed as per prayer clause (a) to (d). Plaintiff to carry out
amendment within 14 days from the date of this order and
serve copy of amended plaint on advocate for defendants.
Matter is adjourned for compliance and hearing on Ch/s.
no. 128/2022 to 22042022.
