Counsel appeared and filed application for
substitution through Power of attorney holder of
Shri Sangam Sahashrabuddhe alongwith copy of
resolution and copy of Power of Attorney. Same is
allowed. Reliance Industries Limited through Shri
Sangam Sahashrabuddhe alongwith counsel Adv.
Muzumdar and Defendant Viraj Pofiles through
Ms.Anjali alongwith their counsel adv. Astha
Thakkar appeared before us. The suit has been filed
for recovery of sum of Rs. 3,44,595.75 along with
interest total amounting to Rs. 5,85,907.17. Today
the Plaintiffs and Defendants alongwith their
counsels appeared before us and settled the matter
in terms of Consent Terms at Exh.11. The
Defendants agreed and undertake to pay principal
amount of Rs. 3,44,595.75 as full and final
settlement towards the claim of the Plaintiff by
Demand Draft No.470237 dated 22.09.2021 drawn
from Bank of India in favour of Reliance Industries
Limited simultaneously on execution of the Consent
Terms at Exh.11 Read over to both the parties
alongwith their counsel. They admitted that
contents are true and correct. Plaintiff has received
Demand Draft in terms of Exh.11 before the panel.
Parties having compromised the matter, the
following order is passed. Order a) The suit is
disposed off in terms of Consent Terms at Exh.11
and 12. b) The parties are informed that the court
fees if any, paid by them shall be refunded. c)
Decree be drawn accordingly.
