that the plaintiff learnt about the death of defendant no. 2 in the Court.
He accordingly had moved this chamber summons to bring the legal
heirs of defendant no. 2 on record. The proposed defendants were
issued the notice. They are served and they have appeared pursuant to
the notice. No say is filed by them. The Learned Advocate for the
defendant, corporation submits to the order of the Court. The plaintiff

need to be permitted to bring legal heirs of defendant no. 2 on record.
In the result, following order is passed.
ORDER

on record.
3. The plaintiff to carry out the necessary amendment within 14 days.
4. Chamber Summons stands disposed off.
