CHAMBER SUMMONS ORDER
Perused Chamber Summons and record in Suit No.3645 of 2011.
Heard Ld Counsel for plaintiff Sneha Nalge.
In view of Government notification/Gazette registered
No.D.L.33004/99 issued dated 22/2/2017. Plaintiff bank has been
merged with State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur with effect from
01/04/2017. As per the said notification all the said legal proceeding
which is pending before appropriate forum shall be continued by State
Bank of India. The above said suit is filed by plaintiff in the name of
State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur. However, after issuance of notification
the present suit legally transferred to the State Bank of India and

therefore, it is necessary for the plaintiff to amend cause title of plaint
and hence amendment is required to be necessary. If the said
amendment is allowed certainly no prejudice will be caused to the case
of other side. Thus, I proceed to pass following order.
ORDER
1) Chamber Summons is allowed.
2) Plaintiff is permitted to amend cause title within 3 days.
3) After amendment plaintiff has directed to file copy of plaint.
4) Chamber Summons no. 505/2019 be disposed of in the above
terms.
