The Ld. Adv. for defendant no.1 made statement that the
defendant no.1 will remove the articles in terms of prayer
A-i within period of 15 days from today. She further made
statement that the defendant no.1 is ready to pay monthly
outgoings and the arrears outstanding as on 01.01.2018 and
reimburse the amount of outstanding to the plaintiff in case of
payment made by the plaintiff subject to production of payment
receipts in terms of prayer (b). She further undertake to make
further outgoings and charges of defendant no.3 in terms of
prayer (c). The Ld. Adv. for plaintiff is not having objection to
dispose off notice of motion in terms of statement made on
behalf of defendant no.1. The statement of advocate for
defendant no.1 is recorded. Defendant no.1 to comply the
undertaking on or before 15 days from today. Notice of motion
no.639/2018 is disposed off in the above terms with no order as
to costs.
