ORDER
1. The plaintiff by this Chamber Summons seeks to amend the plaint
by brining the subsequent facts on record.
The defendant corporation had objected the amendment
application and had contended that the chamber summons is devoid of
merits.

2. The facts mentioned in the chamber summons which also sought
to be brought on record have taken place after institution of the suit.
The plaintiff seeks to bring those fact on record. Though, the chamber
summons is opposed by the defendant corporation. The amendment
sought would no cause any prejudice to the defendant corporation nor
would change the nature of the suit.
In the interest of justice, the plaintiff needs to be permitted to add
in the plaint has sought for i.e. after paragraph no. 3 (j), k to w and also
sought to amendment the prayer clause. In the result, following order
is passed.
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons No. 503 of 2019 is allowed.
2. The plaintiff is permitted to carry the amendment in the plaint.
