This is a Miscellaneous Application filed by plaintiff to allow him
to withdraw Rs.5,00,000/ alongwith interest deposited as per Order
dated 9th May, 2012 in the Suit.
2. Defendant Nos. 2 to 5 have given no objection to plaintiff to
withdraw the said money alongwith interest accrued thereon till
realization of the amount. Hence, it appears to satisfy decree, it will be
proper to allow this Miscellaneous Application and allow plaintiff to
withdraw money. Hence, following Order:
